WPIX/Channel 11 here in New York City is planning a Three's Company marathon to air on July 4 from 10am to 5pm. The program normally airs weekdays at 2am.

Nick@Nite/TV Land make their own edits, that's why you see the tag scenes and original opening credits, but some scenes we normally scene in local syndication are missing. Everyone will be outside.
