Florida told Michael to go to bed and Michael didn;t want to, so James said-go to your room like your mother said, and then Michael says_"Daddy, i watch the Wolfman" and James response was "if you don't get in that room you are going to be watching the belt man"-LOL I thought of you when he said that-LMAO.

You're an unusual one, TVShow.

That was a real sad two-parter. The reason i said it was sad because of how it all ended. The conclusion featured J.J. and Diana in the hotel room and J.J. getting the call about what Diana's been pushing in her veins. he then goes into the bathroom and find out that she left out the window. I would have thought or expected that she would have been laying on the floor or something, but she just left him dazed and confused. Dang! And we are left to wonder whatever became of her. I know drug abuse is a very sad issue among teens and kids, but this episode should have ended with J.J. coming home or an update on the missing Diana or a PSA about drug abuse.

Another sad part was that a little boy was delivereing drugs in the neighborhood. Everyone thought it would be a regular guy, but i just hung my head when i saw that it was a little kid, "a baby" as Florida said. My goodness.

LOL-I figured you would get a chuckle out of that since you hate the James character so much.

Are you surprised by TV ONE's great airing of Good Times? Like in today's episode, the Original CBS Voiceover at the end of Part One. There has never been a cable network that included Original Netork Voiceovers.

I agree with you, The second part of this episode is very incomplete.

This two parter sometimes began with a warning that parental guidance may be suggested.

I was always under the impression that Michael and J.J. didn't have a room and slept on the sofa bed in the living room!?

I think Florida wanted him to go sleep in her room.

That might have been the way it started on CBS in 1976 but i never seen the two parter start that way in syndication.
