~Some good Roseanne qoutes~
[During a tornado]
Roseanne: What's the worst that can happen? So the tornado picks up our house and slams it down in a better neighborhood.
D.J.: I haven't said anything in two days. Nobody's cared.
Roseanne: Oh, that can't be.
D.J.: Uh-huh. The last thing I said was "Cheerios".
Bev: Where do you keep your citrus fruit?
Roseanne: I think there's an orange under the dryer...

EmoJoe 06-09-2004, 04:57 PM I know! While I was watching Full House today at 3:30 PM, I saw a commercial for this marathon! Ill try to see it if I get a chance.
jamier42 06-09-2004, 05:05 PM I would like to see some of their movies too I have not seen alot of them. I can't believe that they are going to be 18 years old now.
ilovethe80s 06-09-2004, 06:45 PM I know what movies they are
2:00pm "Double, Double, Toil and Trouble"
4:00pm "Our Lips Are Sealed"
6:00pm "Getting There: Sweet 16 & Liscened to Drive"
8:00pm "Switching Goals"
swedeace 06-09-2004, 08:38 PM Yeah, I decided the other day to tape a couple of their movies. I have always wanted to tape "Double, Double Toil and Trouble" but never really had the chance. :D

It's good it's pretty old it's a Halloween type movie with the girls they are very little on this movie i think they were still making Full House while this movie was made. I like the movie "To Grandmother's House We Go" i think that's my favorite Mary Kate and Ashley movie i also like "It Takes Two".
swedeace 06-09-2004, 08:59 PM Yeah, I thought those two FH-era movies were soooo cute!! My favorite out of the two is DDTAT because there was so much sarcastic humor in it. I always see it almost every year, but I never catch it on time to record. Now I will get my chance! :D
I have never seen "It Takes Two," but I ought to check it out sometime! I remember thinking it was a bit like the 60s classic "The Parent Trap."

I have a copy of "Double, Double, Toil and Trouble" on VHS. I taped off from PAX back in 1998. I love this movie. It's just a Halloween type movie.:)

I've seen it before. As I mentioned, I've seen it almost every year, but I just never caught it on time to record. However, since I know it'll come out ahead of time this coming Sunday, I'm going to record it.

"It Takes Two" is alittle bit like "The Parent Trap" i will tell you alittle bit about it but not give everything away. It's about these two girls one of them is named Alyssa Callaway and one is named Amanda Lemmon. Well Alyssa is pretty rich and her father is Rodger Callaway and Amanda is an orphen and the woman that takes care of her is Diane Barrows anyways they switch places at camp and bump into each other.
swedeace 06-09-2004, 11:05 PM Thanks for the synopsis, ilovethe80s! Come to think of it, I have read about that somewhere else. Hmmmm... maybe I should just rent the movie. I doubt ABC Family will air it.

Yeah i agree i thought To Grandmother's house we go was good. I like the guy who drives the delivery truck and they sneak in the back of the truck. Also Rhea Pearlman and Jerry Van Dyke were in that movie. I remember Bob Saget being in that movie when they spun the wheel i think Lori Loughlin was in it too. But i am not sure. I am usually not into Mary Kate and Ashley movies but i liked To Grandmothers House we Go and It Takes Two alot. I'm not sure if i seen many of there other movies

Yeah, those were really hilarious scenes!! Oh, and that scene you're talking about is near the end of the movie, and it also shows Candace Cameron. ;)

Double Double Toil And Trouble is from 1993, so yes they were still doing Full House. They were seven years old in Double Double Toil And Trouble.

To Grandmother's House We Go is from 1992, they were six years old in To Grandmother's House We Go.
Yeah, don't get me wrong because i like them but i think they were even more talented back then. Then they are now.
Janet McFarland 06-11-2004, 07:18 PM I love most of their movies! But some I weren't crazy about.
My top 5:
1- Passport to Paris
2- Winning London
3-Holiday In The Sun
4- The Challenge
5- How The West Was Fun
swedeace 06-11-2004, 08:53 PM I second that. I also enjoyed their movies much more when they were younger. Sure, they were kids back then, but they were just "cute" and had better acting from the girls.
I haven't really watched any of their teen movies. I just can't find myself sitting and watching them totally from beginning to end. I've caught a couple on before on ABC Family and just listen to it in the background while doing chores or something, but I just can't sit and watch them completely.
