What are the best 25 shows from the past 14 years of television??

The show can be currently airing.
And it can also be shortlived.
But it MUST have aired more in the 90s than in the 80s to be considered.

For example The Cosby Show and Cheers, dont count, because they are definately 80s sitcoms, although they both aired into the 90s.

I'm very suspicous of that as well. Especially after I saw his changes he would make to the TV Land July 2004 sticky thread. All those I Love Lucys and The Lucy Show and no Family Ties. Sounds exactly like LucyFan to me. And LucyFan has been missing awhile...
