I made a poll- What time do you go to bed, (besides worknights or schoolnights) I go to bed around 12:00 AM if its not a schoolnight.

School nights, around 11
Every other night, around 1-2am...maybe 3.

summer and weekends - 12 or 1

10 on school nights, 12 during the summer

whenever i cant find anything on TV or dont feel like going online or playing video games, usually between 3-5. i wish maury came on at 3am like it did last summer. i always watched it and ricki lake until 5, then went online til about 6 and maybe played video games after that and then went to sleep.

between 11 and 12 on school nights, my parents dont care
on weekends, depends. if i'm out my curfew is 11:30. but i go to bed like 2 or 3 am

It depends. I'm in bed by 12:30 the latest but sometimes I wont fall asleep until maybe 2 or 3 in the morning. And sometimes I'll fall asleep right away. It just depends...

If I have nothing to do the next day that requires me to get up early, then I usually go to bed between 1-4.

It depends on the situation. This week I have had a particularly hard time going to sleep. This week its been 2am one night and after 3 or 4am the other nights. Last night I didn't sleep hardly at all. Under normal circumstances though it is between 1-3:00am

I go to bed between 1-3 and wake up between 9-11. I'm trying to get back on a normal schedule so I won't be a zombie when I start working.

I'm a night owl. Always have been, even as a kid. Nocturnal is me.

Usually sometime between 12am and 1230am. I'm trying to stay up a little later, but I'm dead tired tonight. We had to help my grandma move this morning.

When I don't have to work, usually about 2AM.

On school night's I'm generally up until 1 or 2AM (and waking up at 5AM), oreven later. Weekends I go to sleep between 11 PM and 12, but end up waking up at 7 or 8AM. Who needs sleep?

3-4 am. Except Tuesday nights. Then it's 12:30am.

Usually between 2 and 3 am.

Weeknights (save for Friday, and some Thursdays), I need to be in bed by at least 1 am if I want to be at work on time. :lol: That doesn't always happen, so I said 3 am or later.

When I had school, I went to bed between 11:00PM and midnight.

Now, since I don't have school, I go to bed between 2:00AM and 4:00AM.

Usually between 3am and 4am. Sometimes it's later. One time I rented some movies and stayed up until close to 5am watching them all. I usually go to sleep by 4am. Somehow I managed to rise at 11am today to go with my aunt to Mosaic. Don't know how that happened. :crazy: Usually I sleep until 12 noon or 1am. The latest I've ever stayed up was 6am. I didn't rise until around 3pm the next day. The phone woke me up. :mad:

Go to bed? Probably about 12 in the Afternoon...seeing as how I typically wake up at about 9 PM...

On school nights I get into bed around 10:30 maybe and don't normally fall asleep until 3 if I do fall asleep. And over the summer I stay up til 3-9am and sleep until around 7PM and do it all over again! And usually I watch Roseanne and Conan and different shows at night and play video games and of course come online

i'm not much of a night-owl, but i do stay up sometimes past 1. but usually, i only stay up til about 11.

it depends for me and it doesnt matter anyways cause I barely ever sleep *shrugs*

while for school I go to bed around 11 or 11:30pm, for Summer and weekend I go to bed around 2 or 3am

On workdays, I try to get to bed between 9 and 10.

Weekends or specials occasions is anybodys guess.

i usually go to bed between 10 1030 during the week when i have to go to work, but when weekend comes i stay up later. for sure:)

I usually go to bed about 8 or 8:30. I know it sounds awfully early but I get up at 4am to go to work.

I like going to sleep around 10pm because I want to make sure I get enough sleep, also it takes me awhile to fall asleep.

I picked 10pm but the truth is I have a very hard time sleeping......

I take ZZZ SLEEP and still have a hard time...... Im lucky if I get to sleep by 4am!!!

I have so much sadness and anxiety that it makes it hard to sleep....

Like to turn off computer by 7:30PM, getting my sleep routine going about 8PM and lights out by 11:30 or right at that time....Being retired I do day naps.. Sleep is vital and a real healer.

Days off from work: midnight-1 am
Days I have to work: varies on the time I have to go in the next day

If I have to work between 11 and 1 . If not usually 2 or 3 .
