Is there a site available that I can get a Freddie Prinze avatar from?My scanner is not working,so I cannot scan a picture.HELP

Most of us have just taken pictures of Freddie we have or have created and resized them to fit the specifications of this board for avatars.

imaillusion, your signature only shows up on your first post on any thread that you post on. That is so the site can save bandwidth.

If you would prefer a different pic for your avatar, just let me know and I'll send it to you. Email me any ideas that you have in mind.

Macca,I would like to know if you have an avatar of Freddie and Jack sitting at the piano.You posted the photo awhile back.This is my favorite.The love that is reflected in this photo is beyond words.

I have an even more basic question! How do you make an avatar. Where are the dimensions that are necessary to make one. I am looking on this site and see no where about where to put a signature or avatar by you name.

Here ya go. It's no good but I tried LOL! :)

If you go into User CP and go into user options, at the bottom of the page is the place to change your avatar. When you click into this, at the bottom of that page there are the directions for submitting your own avatar and the size constraints.

Use custom avatar
Note: the maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 25000 bytes (whichever is smaller).

Now.... uhm, I see that it says it has been downloaded several times, yet whenever i click on it, it shows me a picture. it says I need to use a jpeg or some other format. I guess that means I have to download the picture onto my computer... her is the comp.illit. part; how do i download it?!?

I was able to copy the beautiful avitar onto my computer but it's not in jpg form. As you can see I did figure out how to add a preset avatar, so i am almost there!

Glad you liked it. I think you have to rightclick on it & save as & when you save it put .jpg behind the name. Good luck!

I am hoping I did this right. Thought i would submit this post, and see if my new avatar made just for me (thank you cheryl) works.

Thanks for admiring my avatar. I got two really cool avatars one from cheryl, and then one from hue_mee. I couldn't choose between the two, because, well, because they were both beautiful (the subject matter was pretty pleasing). So, I asked huemee if i could choose both, and have that flashing back and forth display, which she put together for me in no time!

I still have no idea how to do any of this! I am so fortunate for all the help.
