Is it me or is The Division starting to copy off Law and Order shows. I watch all shows and it seem like The Division is copying off of some of there cases for example in a up coming episode:

When a District Attorney is found murdered, the Division must look beyond the criminal cases he was prosecuting and delve into his personal life where he was HIV positive.

There was a Law and Order: SVU episode almost exactly like that a couple months ago, that’s not even the first time it happened.

What do you guys think? Am I looking to much into it?

Eh I dunno. I dont watch Law & Order. But I have noticed that they seem to take stories that have been on the news and like...add their own little twist to them. For example:

"At first, it seems like there is overwhelming evidence to suspect Dr. Peter Garrett, a nuclear physicist, of murder. He wife Marla, 3 ? months pregnant, first went missing but was later found murdered...thrown from a cliff in the exact area where Peter said he'd gone rock climbing the day she disappeared. The evidence suddenly exonerates him, and The Division must look at the woman's jealous sister."

Um...sounds kinda like the Laci Peterson story to me, only with a little bit of a twist. But other than that, I havent noticed any "copy cat" stories from other shows...

To be honest too, I don't know if, they are copying either. What I do know though is. If, you look at other shows, they do that all the time. For example Dallas that show was the first to have killled some one off the show, and a year later they made it all a dream, and bobby ewing came back to life. Well now in soaps when someone dies, you never know if, they really have cause ow they ALWAYS bring them back to life. Night time soaps I think were pretty much so much alike that's why they aren't on so much anymore. Most of them fail before they are even given a chance to be a show that people watch. I mean like 90210 after that one, how many others came out like that? I think anyway...I mean I could be WaY of base, but I just think it's the way of tv movies...I mean you can't have all these years of TV and or movies with out a similar story line. There's gonna be repeats after a while.
