I know what I'll be watching and taping
from 8:00 until 11:00. I can't wait either!
DarleneIllyria 09-26-2001, 09:53 AM I know I'll be recording them both too. I can watch the Diff'rent Strokes story, but I can watch the Dana Plato story before I go to school Friday morning. Thanks for the reminder Smokin' Sods! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif

Lumpy: Did you go out for anything, Dud?
Dudley: Well, I went out for football, but I got my finger stepped on, so my mother made me quit.
Eddie: Well listen-- I went out for basketball and I got my hair pulled, and my mother made ME quit.
Dudley: It's not that I was afraid of getting hurt or anything; it's just that-- well, it's kind o' hard to play the flute with a busted finger.

ThomasE 09-26-2001, 09:53 AM YES! I can finally tape them. I saw the Dana Plato story 2 years ago and never got the chance to tape.
Curtis3331 09-26-2001, 02:05 PM I hope I don't ruin anybody's fun in taping the true hollywood stories, but I was going to tape both of them when it came on recently, but I decided not to because it's kinda depressing watching it, especially the Dana story. Unlike the 3's company and Facts of life E! stories, there's not a real happy ending.
DanaForever 09-28-2001, 05:17 PM I watched the Diff'rent Strokes THS for the first time last night which was interesting to see, but I couldn't bear to watch all of the Dana THS because it is so depressing.
BlairPolniaczek 09-28-2001, 09:59 PM Its also repeated on Sunday at 12pm I read for those of you who missed it like me.

DarleneIllyria 09-28-2001, 10:29 PM The part I thought was tragic in the DS story was the part where Dana told Conrad that she was pregnant and Conrad said something like "Why would you want a baby at such a young age?" and Dana said "I won't be lonely anymore." I'm afraid I didn't post the exact quotes, but that part really made me cry.

Like Brittney Spears would say, "Oops! I did it again". I forgot to set my timer to tape the speacials. All right for those of you who know me, you also know the drill. "Who taped it and how can I obtain a copy?"
