From everyone I have talked to and have seen on this message board, no one seems very upset about season three's release, if ever. The Mary Tyler Moore message board is full of complaints. It has been well over a year since the second season's release, and still no word on the third season. Doesn't anyone seem concerned???

yeah i don't understand it. The release date for the 3rd season of Good Times was announced, Release date for 3rd season of All in the Family was announced, and the 4th season of Sanford and Son was releAsed while the 5th season is coming soon. WHERE THE HELL IS THE 3rd season of the Jeffersons.

I would love to see the release of the 3rd Season of The Jeffersons; cross your fingers that announcement of the DVD is just around the corner

I thought that the Jeffersons series was selling well enough that a 3rd season should be out.

I would like to know where it is too! After all this time, I'm wondering if they will EVER do a Season 3.

Count me in if anyone knows of who to write or send complaints about this issue.

I agree, we are being deluged with dvd's of shows which are much newer and can be seen on a zillion stations that are pure crap in my opinion, but no 3rd season of a classic such as this.
I wonder if Seasons one and two didn't sell well, I haven't looked anywhere to see sales figures on them compared to other shows.
