The choices are:

"The Andy Griffith Show", "Car 54, Where Are You?", "McHale's Navy", "Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C.", "F-Troop", "Get Smart", "Hogan's Heroes" and "Batman".

Andy Griffith. I don't mean to nitpick, but aren't Gomer Pyle, F Troop, and Hogan's Heroes considered military sitcoms???

 Never considered Hogan a crimestopper, but I guess he stopped war crimes.

Anyway, Hogan's Heroes, hands down.

For the cop crimestoppers, that goes to Adam-12.

Andy Griffith usually caught his criminals, they might re-escape but he would
put them right back in jail.

Batman, Car 54 Where Are You?, and Get Smart.

I don't consider McHale, Gomer, Hogan's Heroes, or F-Troop to be crimestopper sitcoms, they are more war or military comedies.
