Who was everyone's fave Beatle?

Dean Winchester

dunno why, but I've always been more of a fan of George Harrison than John or Paul. I've only heard one solo Ringo song, so it's not enough to judge

As most of you know by now it is Paul!

John's always been my favorite, but I love more songs by Paul, *shrugs* I can't pick between the two of them

Hey, what about Clarence, the 5th Beatle?

For those who have noooo idea what I'm talking about, back when Eddie Murphy was on Saturday Night Live, he did a skit with Joe Piscopo, and he claimed he was the 5th Beatle and that the other 4 kicked him out. He said before they kicked him out, he used to write all their songs. Joe asked him to give him an example of what he wrote:

Here's what Clarence said:
"She Loves You was originally called She Loves You, man; Help was originally called Help me, man; and Ticket to Ride was originally called She Got a Ticket to Ride and the bitch don't care".

Then he says that he could prove they wanted to get rid of him. He played of tape of them in the studio, but it was played backwards, and you could hear John say to the others:"Hey let's get rid of Clarence and steal all his good ideas". Of course, it really wasn't John.

Well, I always thought that skit was funny.

Seriously though, Paul has always been my favorite.

John Lennon. In my opinion, John is the greatest songwriter of all time. His songs were not just simple pop songs, but each one had a meaning and a message behind it. Even after all these years John's music is still very relevant. I wish I could play "Gimme Some Truth", a track from John's solo album Imagine, for George W. Bush. Also songs like "All You Need Is Love", "Give Peace A Chance" and Imagine" are perfect songs for 2004 during a war where the country faces an uncertain future. Also, John was great at word play, just read the lyrics to "Strawberry Fields Forever" and "I Am The Walrus."

One of Eddie Murphy's best skits.

For me I can't choose because they all were a creative group that gave us great music, but I would have to say Paul is the cutest. :p

Paul is definately well-preserved for someone who died 38 years ago, compare that to the remains of Keith Richards, who died in the late 70's :p

Last Halloween, on the radio, they were doing the 10 signs you're too old for Halloween and one of them was: "Everybody tells you 'nice Keith Richard's mask' and you're not wearing a Keith Richards mask"!:happyface

I still think Paul is an attractive man, even if he is in his 60's.

John or Paul, depending on my mood. :)

I'm all about John. Paul's great, too, and George doesn't get the accolades he deserves (especially for his mostly great solo career).
