I can't be the only one who's seen this. I LOVE this movie, it's one of my favourite 80s films and I've watched it a ridiculous number of times now.

It stars Helen Slater (of Supergirl fame) and Chirstian Slater and is about a girl who goes on the run with her brother and friends after her brother accidently shoots someone. They become known as the "Billie Jean Gang" and Billie Jean cuts her hair after being inspiried by Joan of Arc, before long all the girls in Texas are copying her hairstyle and supporting her attitude.

It's super cheesy and in places ludicrous but it's very 80s and for some reason I just adore this flick. I wish they'd release it on DVD, my vhs I've owned since 1985 (it was my older cousins, she gave it to me a few years ago) is wearing out.

I have seen it. Pat Benatar sings the title song. The Yeardley Smith who does the voice for Lisa Simpson is in it. They ride around in a station wagon.

Yeah its a cheesy 80's flick, but its what the 80's were about. I really loved her haircut. :wave:

I love this movie. Wasn't this Christian Slater's debut? Ironically enough, he and Helen AREN'T related, tho they were brother and sister in this movie.

Invincible is one of my fave Pat Benatar songs.

I adore "Invincible". Another favourite of mine is "Rebel Yell" (Billy Idol) that was also used in the movie.
