When Florida Said DAMM DAMM DAMM at the end of Part 2 of the Big Move, it was one of the low points of Good Times but some of the 90's Sitcoms seemed to use the statement to generate laughs. I just never thought it was right because Florida obviously was very emotional over her husband's death. Anyone Agree?

The only show that comes to mind that used that statement was Martin. I also heard it in stand up comedy

They've also used that line on The Wayans Bros. They may have used it to get laughs but the thing that I like about it is I think they're giving props to Good Times. It's a show they all grew up watching, I tend to think they say that line as an acknowledgement of Good Times.

I guess that line is what really stood out during the 6 seasons of Good Times. I forgot about the Wayans Brothers, it was defintely mentioned on that show too.
