"Naturally the songs on my album are going to share some similarities," Beyoncé admits. "But this time because I only had to write for myself, my songs are much more personal. I also wanted beats that were harder and to be able to collaborate with other people. Basically this record was a chance for me to grow as a writer and a singer. There are more ballads. The vocals aren't as precisely produced and because it's just me, there aren't as many harmonies. The experience was very liberating and therapeutic. I felt free, because I could go into the studio and talk about whatever I wanted, but in many ways it was actually harder to be on my own creatively. I depend so much on Destiny's Child (Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams) to tell me if they like something or not. I'm so critical of myself that it's scary to have to depend on your own instincts."

Helping Beyoncé trust those instincts are an impressive array of musical collaborators, among them Missy Elliot, Jay-Z, Sean Paul, Mark Batson, Mario Winans, D-Roy and Mr. B, OutKast's Big Boi, Rich Harrison, Fanatic, Scott Storch, and the legendary Luther Vandross on "The Closer I Get To You." Beyoncé shares co-executive producer credits on Dangerously In Love with her father and manager Mathew Knowles. She took an active role in all aspects of the album: from writing and choosing material to producing, mastering and mixing the tracks. Beyoncé pays tribute to her father on the hidden bonus track, "Daddy," which was produced by Beyoncé and Mark Batson.

The sexy first single, "Crazy In Love," featuring Jay-Z, was co-produced by Beyoncé and Rich Harrison. Jay-Z returns the favor for Beyonce's part on his hit "Bonnie and Clyde 03." With a beat that Beyoncé says is "so hard it makes your heart hurt!," "Crazy In Love" is about that moment when you realize you're falling into love and looking crazy but you simply don't care. The abandon continues on "Speechless," produced by Fanatic. "As soon as I heard the track it inspired me," she admits. "It's very sexy, very sensual. The sort of ballad that I've never done before. This song is definitely a population increaser!"

Laced with an Arabic ambience, fused with a ghetto-fied edge and encompassing a sample from Donna Summer's "Love to Love You Baby," "Naughty Girl" is uptempo and party perfect: a sexy fantasy about having that one night where you lose all your inhibitions, head to the club and work it like a naughty girl. "Many of the songs on the album examine aspects of relationships, and this is one element."

Also sexy is the dancehall-Arabic flavored "Baby Boy," featuring the red hot Sean Paul. "I knew Sean had to be on my album because I love his approach," she says. "'Baby Boy' is another song about a fantasy and it's one of my favorites."

Such unabashed and upfront emotions might come as a surprise to long time fans but make no mistake, Dangerously In Love isn't a rejection of DC's sound. "I love Destiny's Child and I am a member of the group, "she asserts. "We haven't broken up. We're going to continue to tour and record and be a group. We've recorded a song, 'I Know,' for "The Fighting Temptations" soundtrack. We all decided a long time back to explore solo projects and I'm the third member of the group to release my own record. Survivor truly represents a new dimension for Destiny's Child. For although you know their upbeat, sophisticated sound from their previous two albums and hit singles (which have sold more than 15 million copies worldwide) you have yet to hear such diversity, such depth. "The Story of Beauty" was inspired by a fan letter Beyoncé received from a young girl who was molested by her stepfather. "That really touched me and showed me how important it is for Destiny's Child to give people hope." Destiny's Child have matured so much, both musically and lyrically, since after all, each member is a Survivor in her own right: Few groups have withstood the demands and the drama, the schedules and the scrutiny, that they have. "We've had a crazy, ridiculous yet wonderful year, and all of it inspired my writing," Beyoncé says. "Through it all, the girls and I have become so close, I was able to write their experiences into the songs." As Kelly explains: "When I sing 'Survivor,' it's easy for me to put all my feelings behind it, because the lyrics really are our story; they paint a picture of everything we've been through."

Childhood friends Kelly and Beyoncé had been singing together for years in Houston, Texas, where they formed Destiny's Child as a quartet in the mid-'90s. Their 7x platinum breakthrough second album The Writing's on the Wall generated three chart-topping hits, including "Say My Name," winner of Grammy Awards for both Best R&B Song and Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group. Yet with success came struggle. Two original members - LeToya and LaTavia - were dropped and one replacement briefly entered the picture before Beyoncé and Kelly found Michelle--whose voice not only complemented their sound but whose personality clicked perfectly with their own.

"I started singing in church choirs and gospel groups--I think I was seven when I had my first solo--and did that all the way up until college," says Michelle. "So I pretty much stepped right out the back door of church into the group."

"Michelle is stronger vocally than any other member we had in the past, and she adds so much to the group," Beyoncé asserts. "The fact that we really are a unit now--and that we are friends--you can hear in the music. You can tell that we have shared a lot, but also that we have fun in the studio."

The bond the three women formed fostered a faith and appreciation of one another as artists--and specifically allowed Kelly and Michelle to trust Beyoncé, not only as a writer but as a producer. "It's an absolutely incredible experience going into the studio with my girl, my sister," Kelly explains. "She's so brilliant but so sweet, she got me to do things I didn't know I could do." "That's the advantage of having someone who really cares and is patient with you," Beyoncé explains. "I was determined to get Michelle and Kelly to sing certain parts because it was their voices I heard in my head when I wrote them."

Urging each other on to reach new heights was a mission Destiny's Child readily accepted in the making of Survivor--and the results are audible all over the album. "We really loved 'Emotion' but weren't sure if we should even try--it's scary doing cover songs," Beyoncé admits. "But we gave it our flavor. Kelly starts it off, and her voice is so innocent and soft--she takes us there slowly and smoothly--and then Michelle's voice, with its raspiness and strength, is the perfect way to end."

"Dangerously in Love" is perhaps Survivor's most lush and expressive track. "It's just one of the most incredible love songs I've ever heard," Kelly says simply. According to Beyoncé, the tune may well turn heads for the vulnerable lyrics that expose a woman's hopes and fears: "It may shock people because it's so different for us, yet I think a lot of people feel that way, afraid to lose themselves in love," she says.

All seriousness aside, Survivor is jam packed with the kind of party songs young, free, independent women will blast from car stereos and get down to in clubs. Just check out how Destiny's Child combine killer beats with mm-mm mouth-watering imagery on "Sexy Daddy" and "Apple Pie a la Mode." "That's probably my favorite song," Kelly says of "Apple Pie…" "It's our new way to describe a fine man, and we had so much fun recording it. You can hear the camaraderie between us!" Michelle's pick of Survivor's fast-paced numbers is "Bootylicious." "It's just the ultimate summer jam, and it's all about putting on an outfit that makes you feel great and going out with your girls."

From the sweet to the spunky, the ferocious to the funky, Destiny's Child have created an eclectic collection that manages to hit every note with their own unique, special style. You just save the video in mpeg format..open it in animation shop, delete all the pictures (it'll open it in pictures) until only the scene that you want to move is left, then save.

What program did you use? Animaton Shop only lets you open 2 types of video files I think. Mpeg and one other...but I only find videos that are .ram online.

When you save it if it saves as .mpeg or .avi it'll work, if it saves as anything else..it won't.
