Yup...that's what ya do. In a graphic editing program, such as Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro....or even just regular Paint..Although I wouldn't use Paint for cutting and pasting because you can't give the image soft edges (instead of jagged) by feathering it. But that's just my thoughts. ;)
