It most likely is depending on how well Vol. 1 is selling.

Wish MGM would have released this like Green Acres...as Season Sets!

does anyone know how well volume one is selling? I think that the first season of Green Acres was selling moderately well, at least as well as was expected, so Mister Ed probably did about the same thing, considering that many retail stores were offering discounts if both were purchased together.

Producers would not have named the first set "Volume One" if they did not intend to release future volumes. I think that there will be two volumes that each cover three seasons, since the first volume covered the first three seasons. I think that two sets is all that we will get.

No official details yet, but sources from MGM have indicated that they were pleased with sales of both "Mr. Ed" and "Green Acres" and that subsequent sets will be coming for both series.

You can read more info on the Home THeater Forum pages.

Yea, I wish they were released in season sets too. Only about 40+ episodes out of two volumes. Hopefully there are more volumes to fill in the gaps of the remaining 100 or so episodes.
