Since the beginning of Scrubs, I'ved loved how all the characters interact with each other (Turk&JD -- like chillin bros or immature kids, JD&Janitor -- bully and the bullied/rivals).
I found it really interesting when other sort of conflicts got slowly introduced.
Turk & Cox -- At first they had their conflict over Carla, and later they had a bit of a doctor/doctor conflict (bet over the guy who would/wouldn't die in surgery). I found this to be a great conflict.
Cox/Jordan -- This has been fairly dynamic and static at the same time, since they have always been an arguing duo, but at first it was an arguing couple, but now its almost like the lifeblood of their relationship.
Cox/Janitor -- On only two occasions, but these two have hooked up and I found it interesting to see who would back down/lose. One was in an early episode in season 3 (where laverne cracked her teeth, and Janitor was afraid of Carla), where Cox started insulting him, but seemed like he lost at the end. Also Cox was thrown in the morgue by the janitors. This was a character matchup I was eager to see =)
Laverne/Kelso -- not as a longwinded as others, but there was once where Kelso gave Laverne attitude, and she gave it back, and Kelso backed down. Just found it interesting, how those two never seemed to have been in direct conversation before.
JD/Carla -- the ep with the beads. 'nuff said.
I missed a couple but I felt like I've said enough -- any comments?
