Including dramas, sitcoms, variety and anything else in syndicated reruns who is in the most shows? Whoever this person is, he/she is filthy rich if residual money is involved in each case. Someone like Mara Gibbs who was a star of 2 shows: Jeffersons, 227 and a recurring player in a third (Hughleys) I wouldn't include because she didn't get billed in the main titles of the Hughleys. Someone like Scott Baio I would include because he was billed in the openings of Happy Days, Charles in Charge and the earliest episodes of Diagnosis Murder.

I would guess Bill Cosby who was in I:Spy, Bill Cosby Show (1969-71), Fat Albert (which was syndicated in the 80s), Cosby Show and Cosby.

I can't think of anyone off the top of my head other than Baio who starred in more than 2 shows that got into syndication though there are probably a lot.

I dunno if Bonanza or Highway To Heaven are still in reruns, but I know Michael Landon had 3 series (those 2 plus Little House) that made it into syndication

Heather Locklear has 4 that made it to syndication, 3 of which still run (Melrose Place on Style, Dynasty on SoapNet and Spin City makes local reruns) and I know TJ Hooker used to air in reruns as well. That's 4 shows there

Heather Locklear must be rolling in money. Isn't she in some new show too? You're right about Michael Landon. Lorne Greene did several other series but they kept flopping in the ratings.

Bill Bixby was in three. My Favorite Martian, Courtship Of Eddie's Father, and The Incredible Hulk.

That's right, he had a pretty good track record with shows. Didn't he direct a lot of episodes of some other show (i think it was Blossom?) that got syndicated?

Yea. He was a director on Blossom when he died. His other 2 shows that weren't successful, The Magician aired on the Sci-Fi Channel at one time and Goodnight Beantown aired on Lifetime years ago.

Tim Reid starred in 3 that made it to syndication, WKRP In Cincinnati, Simon And Simon and Frank's Place. Frank's Place only ran for 2 seasons, but I do remember BET airing the reruns quite a bit

of course, we can't forget John Ritter. The Waltons, Three's Company, Three's A Crowd (I remember this was in syndication for awhile in the late 80's), Hearts Afire (was on USA a lot in the late 90's) and 8 Simple Rules will more than likely be in syndication come 2006 or 2007 when it's time for it to enter syndication.

Lucille Ball was in 3 shows. I Love Lucy, The Lucy Show, and Here's Lucy.
