Seinfeld: It made sense that it would be a quirky and bittersweet ending but still it seemed kinda slapped together.

NewsRadio: I could see the parallel of the country boy staying in the city and the city people leaving for the country, but I felt so bad for Dave never reuniting with Lisa and being stuck with Matthew in the end.

Murphy Brown: Talking to GOD, what was that all about?

The Facts of Life ended badly. It was more of a pilot for Lisa Whelchel than a final show. I don't think Spin City and Dharma And Greg had very good finals either.

Roseanne had the stupidest ending ever.

The finale i was most disappointed with is Cheers. Sam and Diane should have gotten together in the end.

I kind of liked the final "Spin City". Carter adopted a baby boy and everyone found out about Charlie and Caitlin. I loved the ending with Charlie and Caitlin walking out of the office together and the Mayor's speech about how they've all changed over the years.

If Sam and Diane had gotten together at the end, a reunion would be pointless.
Because there would be no "reunion"

Lois and Clark didn't end the way any of us fans wanted it too. It was very disappointing. ABC cancelled the show, with no chance of Lois and Clark doing a series finale, giving us fans closure, I am still ticked off about that even 7 years later. :mad:

Married With Children didn' end the way I wanted it too. I wanted Al and the family to finnaly get out of Chicago by hitting the lottery.

I agree. This has always bugged me.

even tho I much preferred Shelley to Kirstie, am I the only person who felt Kirstie/Rebecca got the shaft in the Cheers finale? Kirstie gave the show 6 years of her life and the show was in the top 10 every season she was part of the show, yet the finale seemed to really underutilize her.

The Wonder Years: The gang should have stayed on another year and finished high school, and possibly shown Kevin going to college--even graduate school. Kevin and Winnie should have gotten married.

It would also have been nice had The Brady Bunch gone on a few more years, possibly to see more of the Brady kids graduate like we--sans Mike :D--did Greg.

Gilligan's Island. Maryanne and Gilligan should have been married.

And she wasn't really a star of the show either, once Shelley left, the lead went solo to Ted Danson.
Kirstie wasn't any superior to the rest of the gang.

Whos The Boss? Although I love the show, I think Tony and Angela shouldve gotten married. I mean, thats basically what the whole final season was about, besides Sam's wedding, and they dont even have them get married? I think if the show went on, they wouldve gotten married.

I agree with James. I was dissappointed that Kevin and Winnie didn"t end up together at the end of The Wonder Years. It seemed like their relationship was the main theme running through the entire series and it feels like that story was left unfinished. It's like a novel were the plot is never resolved. Very dissapointing.(not to mention more then a little aggravating):mad:

Ditto, I felt the same way. I didn't really watch the show during the Rebecca years. It would've been nice to see them reunite, but oh well, I guess it was fitting in regards with their past history.

After watching the finale (thanks to the marathon) I noticed Rebecca got a lot of air time, just as much as Diane.

Yeah, I thought everyone got approriate amounts of airtime in the finale. Cheers is really the best finale that I have ever seen for any show. Rebecca really should have had a lot of time since she was actually on Cheers longer than Diane. I was glad Sam and Diane stayed apart though, it shouldn't have been any other way in the end.

Diane and Sam should've ended up together. Unless Cheers has a reunion where Sam and Diane end up together, that will always be a void for me.

Everyone did get appropriate airtime, although I noticed that neither Carla nor Frasier got any closure in the finale.
Cliff got a promotion.
Norm got a job.
Sam and Diane reunited and had closure.
Rebecca got married.
Woody got his City Council job.
Frasier.... well, 11 more years, but still.
Carla.... nothing.

Maybe a Carla spinoff was in the works, who knows??
