A native of Columbus, Ohio, Biggs is best remembered for his role as 'Dr. Stephen Franklin' on the television sci-fi series, "Babylon 5" from 1994 to 1998. He also appeared in "Days Of Our Lives" as 'Marcus Hunter' from 1987 to 1992, "Any Day Now" as 'Bill Moody' from 1998 to 1999, "The Guiding Light" as 'Clayton Boudreaux' from 2001 to 2004, "Tremors" as 'Roger Garret' from 2003 to 2004, and in several other television appearances including, "T.J. Hooker", "The Twilight Zone", "Diagnois Murder", "Crusade", "Beverly Hills 90210", "VIP", "Touched By An Angel", "JAG", "Strong Medicine", "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation", "NYPD Blue", "ER", and "Crossing Jordan", among others. Biggs also had roles in the films, "A Fighting Choice" (1986), "Walk Like A Man" (1987), "One Stormy Night" (1992), "The Alien Within" (1995), "Forever Love" (1998), "Ablaze" (2001), and "Invasion: Anime" (2002). Biggs passed away on May 23, 2004, at the age of 43 after suffering a stroke.

I heard this from my aunt. She suspects he was actually murdered. I doubt it. Either way this world has lost yet another great man. My thoughts are with his family.
