Jo. Because she has the background and toughness to be one. Also her Jinny the Division character has to kind of work in the police field.

Real life Nancy or Kim.
Nancy same as above.Acting her parts could give her experience. Kim has a little bit of attiude to be one.Tell criminals they are in
troublllee.
Mindy might also make a good one. She is a good size woman to hold someone down. Lisa could counsel them and help them to be good and Christian.

I know, I know, Nancy McKeon plays a tough police detective on The Division. Playing one doesn't mean you'll be one in real life.
Nancy even said in an interview once that she would never be a cop in real life.


Now Molly Ringwall would be an excellent cop in real life. Reasons, she's real big, real tough looking, really butch looking in real life today, plus she's 5'-8" tall. Plus she talks real tough and doesn't put up with any bull. Not to mention that her attitude is tough. In real life, Molly Ringwall is a real tough cookie, and Molly is a survivor. That's why Molly Ringwall would make a tough cop in real life.
