James Kilgore (who was profiled on Unsolved Mysteries in 2002, and was soon captured) was recently convicted of participating in a 1975 botched robbery that left a bank customer dead. He was part of a gang known as the Symbionese Liberation Army, and it was actually another SLA member, Emily Montague, who fatally shot bank customer Myrna Opsahl.
As mentioned in the link above, Kilgore has been sentenced to six years in prison! He may not have committed the murder himself, but considering the fact that he took part in a felony in which an innocent victim was killed, he deserved a much longer prison sentence than that! :mad:
