View Full Version : Friends a rip off of Living Single gettoknowsomeone 05-23-2004, 03:33 AM In case all you white folks didnt know that. Dean Winchester 05-23-2004, 04:31 AM where do you get that? Living Single was about 4 women who lived together... Friends was about 6 friends, 3 men, 3 women. Couldn't you then say Living Single ripped off The Golden Girls or The Facts Of Life (which also had Kim Fields) or any other show that had 4 women who lived together... if Friends ripped off LS tvfan0101 05-23-2004, 10:06 PM Originally posted by gettoknowsomeone In case all you white folks didnt know that. Your argument lost all backing when the only thing in your post was more or less a somewhat underhanded insult. I don't agree that Friends ripped off Living Single and I highly doubt you'll find anyone who does. Will and Grace Fanatic 05-24-2004, 08:22 PM I find this to be a very racist comment you made. why would you say white folks you do realize alot of people who watch the show aren't white? Don't you? I watch both shows and think Friends is much better. And I have never thought that they were ripping off Living Single. Living Single is nothing like Friends. GrandGame1440 05-26-2004, 02:00 PM I don't think you have even EVER seen 'Friends'..... Mr. Television 05-26-2004, 02:55 PM When Living Single premiered all the magazines called it a ripoff of Designing Women.
