Teen actress Mary-Kate Olsen was left in a serious state of shock on Wednesday when she was involved in a car crash - with her bodyguard's vehicle. Mary Kate, twin sister of fellow actress Ashley Olsen, was forced to slam on her brakes because two lanes were blocked on a freeway in Los Angeles. Her bodyguard, traveling behind her, could not react in time and hit the back of her Range Rover. Afterwards, Mary Kate sipped on a Diet Dr. Pepper to calm her nerves. No one was injured in the incident and both cars were towed away.

I found the article on IMDB.COM just in case anybody cares. I'm glad she is ok and wasn't seriously injured.

there was a report in people magazine (online) that said there were no injuries...so i am confused as to why someone would say she is in critical condition...

True. I only read those two articles (the one from IMDB and the one from E!), and they both just said "there were no injuries." I wonder why people are saying otherwise. :confused:

Her body guard. I guess they're always with them now because there have been kidnapping threats. :eek:

Oh, BTW, that's her body guard's SUV, her's is perfectly fine (the Range Rover):
