Cinnimon is the singer stacy Q. she is very thin with her hair in a long pony tail and very puffy bangs in the from. YOu remember that style from the 80's. She was in the eppy where tottie auditions for a broadway show but does nit get it. She was also in the episode where everyone finds out from JO,
(who is working at the langley radio station) that she is a big singing star. She sings her song two of heart at the end. Hope this helps.
