I always hear that TV Land (and other networks) can't show a certain show or many of them because of "rights" to the show, but for example with the TV Land Moguls shows they have shown "The Lucy Show," "Dragnet," etc. And with Hazel they said they only had the first few episodes but when they did a "first" show and a "last" show special they showed the last episode of Hazel. How did they get that one? Also we were entertained last night by the "Odd Couple." Why can't that be shown on a regular basis?

I'm confused!

They sometimes get temporary airing rights to some shows for special blocks and stuff, usually just for a particular episode or two.
