It seems like the majority of shows featuring women of childbearing age had a pregnant actress on board at some point, but which show had the most actresses pregnant over the course of its run? Or for that matter which show had maybe only a couple of pregnant actresses but they were pregnant multiple times? I don't know anything about soap operas, so sticking to the other genres of sitcom, drama and variety I would guess Cheers on which Rhea Pearlman was pregnant 3 different times in I think 6 years and they wrote each expectancy into the show. Plus Shelley Long was pregnant one year too. I don't know if the actress who played Lilith was pregnant but the character was.

On Bewitched Elizabeth Montgomery was pregnant 3 times, but she was basically the only actress of childbearing age (I think except maybe Louise Tate??)

Cosby Show had Phylicia Rashad and then later Lisa Bonet. Funny Lisa was pregnant but Denise wasn't and at the exact same time SOndra was pregnant but I don't think the actress that played her was in real life.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Cynthia Nixon were pregnant at the same time during the fifth season of Sex And The City, however neither pregnancy was written into the series (especially since Cynthia's character gave birth at the end of the fourth season) and the season was abbrieviated

Carol Burnett was pregnant once and Vicki, twice when "The Carol Burnett Show" was still on the air. That's all I can think of.
