Penny Lane 05-19-2004, 08:31 PM I wear my hair in lose curls/waves that falls just past my shoulders. I don't look good in short hair. (Makes me look older!) So I keep it long and loose.:D PZelda 05-19-2004, 08:41 PM I like a few... Straight down Up in a ponytail Up in a bun Shag cut (but it's SO high-maintenance, ugh! A shag cut is like what my current av has...but you can't really see the layers) I've had SO many hairstyles over the years. I love experimenting, but my fave will always be straight down. So much easier for me that way. I have naturally wavy/curly hair, and hate it, so I straighten it. EmoJoe 05-19-2004, 08:45 PM French braid Kazza 05-19-2004, 08:52 PM short! I love pompadours and ducktails! My least-favorite is probably the '70s style parted-in-the-middle. FamilyTiesGOP 05-19-2004, 10:08 PM I prefer 80s style for both men and women. I like watching 80s shows and seeing all the big hair on women and I always wish I could wear mine like 80s guys did. It will come back someday though... I like the women with big hair and I wish it was cool for men to wear their's slightly longer and thicker (think Michael J. Fox,Alan Thicke, or virtually any male star from the 80s). I would definately have mine like theirs if it was in style. Heads up though...I have heard that big hair is slowly coming back. It was on Fox News when they were talking about fashion. Titania 05-20-2004, 10:05 AM I always wear mine back in a ponytail or bun...just too much hair otherwise since its really thick and curly...i try to wear it down sometimes because people say it looks good, but it drives me crazy. I'd put moose in it to keep the style and comb it to the right side, like Mallory's hair on FT in the later seasons. Straight hair with it combed to one side(always the right, never looked right combed to the left on me) and because of the style it makes the person look like they have big hair(well the part anyway that's combed to the side that is). The interesting thing is that when I started watching FT in reruns when it came to N@N in 2001, I realized that I had had the same hairstyle as Justine Bateman's character for three years. Every once in awhile I still style my hair like that, but ever since I started college in fall of 1998, it's simpler to just comb it and have bangs, without moose and having to fix it a certain way, and not putting on make-up--too much effort--lol. My bestfriend who was one of my former high school teachers saw me once with my hair with bangs and she was so shocked. She had never seen me with bangs. I look younger with bangs. Ok, so to answer the original question...I like the following hairstyles: Straight, with or without bangs Ponytail Half up half down, in a ponytail Curled under Other...combed to one side, as explained above We are way too addicted to Family Ties. I part my hair on the right side because that is how Alex's hair was on Family Ties. It's curly when wet, but frizzes out when it gets dry, even if I take the time to put mousse or gel in it. I need to do something about it. My hair's always in a bun. On special occasions (when it's not as fluffy), I'll put it in a low ponytail. robyrob 05-23-2004, 01:41 AM Originally posted by FullHouseFan8795 Hey everyone, it's no big deal, but I just counted up the votes.
