I think what happened is a classic case of a fighter backing up out of a clinch with his hands down getting popped in the kisser. I don't take anything away from his wonderful career behind this loss. Tarver is not that good a fighter. I don't see that brilliance in him that spells Hagler....Hearns.....Duran. I just see someone who had an opportunity to fight someone who was not as amped up to fight him. Its also obvious to a blind man that Roy has gotten old. In his younger day he would've moved out of the way of that punch.
