MonarC 05-16-2004, 07:42 PM I can't wait to see Kitty dancin with that stripper.
DukeDevils9192 05-16-2004, 09:24 PM Not bad tonight at all. A definite improvement. The preview for the episode was mean, though, using Eric's dream sequence.
Casey Kelso is a really good character, though, even he fell into some silliness tonight, the silliness that plagues the show now. But, it's cool. I liked it and that's what counts for me.
PixieLicious 05-17-2004, 12:30 AM i watched the show tonight. i thought some of casey's lines were forced but other than that hes the casey u cant help but loving lol. they totally fooled me with the "donna leaving eric" scene. ok they were all ready for an apartment in madison y couldnt she get an apartment in point place instead of a trailor?
AnaheimPMWitch 05-17-2004, 01:01 AM GRRR I missed it!! I forgot about it *hits herself over the head* so what was the whole thing? was it just one of those Weird commercials to throw you off ,Did Donna really leave? did Eric Leave PLEASEE I need some answers *giggles*
PixieLicious 05-17-2004, 10:53 AM the whole thing was eric having a bad dream. cuz he started feeling like donna gave up her life for him cuz she wanted to stay in point place. she rented a trailor for a year. the dream was donna and eric in the trailor on their fifth anniversary and she was leaving cuz she wanted more than that. casey works in a strip club but hes not a stripper lol hes the announcer :( too bad  but it didnt seem like he was tryin to do anything. like he told her that shed be happy there but never once tried to hit on her like i thought he would. can't wait for wed!:D
MonarC 05-17-2004, 10:53 AM Im so sick of Donna treating Eric like crap.
It was her stupid idea to get a trailor.
I loved Kitty dancin with the stripper.
And Jackie was laughing for real.
Pretty good epi I guess. :p

lol i know i was irritated at that too, about the trailor.
i that was the same thing as in the bloopers so im wondering if they just left that in the show cuz it was really funny. the stripper was tryin not to laugh too.
MonarC 05-17-2004, 11:20 AM Yeah it really was funny.
I wish they would have showed it longer.

PixieLicious 05-18-2004, 01:00 AM yeah i was gonna be mad too if donna left eric :( but i think eric is suppose to be having second thoughts :(
MusicWhore 05-18-2004, 03:22 AM As they have since, like, Season 2, Eric and Donna STILL suck and annoy the HELL out of me.
The "adults" steal the show yet again.
mmmm Luke Wilson.
That is all.
Yes, yes.
MonarC 05-18-2004, 09:55 AM I agree...
Luke was super hot with that buzz cut.

Yes, yes.
do u mean both of them together or each one u cant stand no matter the situation?? cuz if u cant stand either one no matter what then i dont see why u would use an eric quote.

u thought he was cute with that buzz cut?? ew he definately looks better with hair. although im not sure which style looks worse on him on the show lol.
MonarC 05-18-2004, 11:17 AM In the words of Fez "Different strokes, for different strokes."

Okay... I'm pretty sure that if I hate a character, I can still like SOMEthing they say. Also, the writers wrote that quote, not Eric. AND, lots of people say yes, yes. I'd heard it loong before the show.
In answer to your question, it's their relationship that bugs me. It was cute in the beginning, now it's just old and I'm tired of them nagging eachother simply because neither of them knows what the HELL they want.
Eric is an okay character...when he's not being p*ssy-whipped. In fact, if I hate any character on the show it's Donna.

i had never heard the quote before the show and im assuming u were tryin to make it sound like eric when he does it. i know the writers made it up but eric still delivers it the way he does. ususally if u hate a character u cant stand anything they say or do and again i wasnt sure and i said that.
i think eric is a great character although the script hasnt shown it as much lately. hes not the only one thats ***** whipped...um hello look at hyde now and red? oh and not to mention bob. y do u hate donna

You're right. Pretty much all the guys are whipped. LOL But I sort of can't blame Red because Kitty is the only female on the show who isn't a nagging bitch or a slut or a self-centered cheerleader.
Then again, even Kitty isn't too deserving of respect lately with the sudden obsession with drinking.
Le sigh.
Sorry all my posts sound evil. I used to love this show with all my heart and they're totally ruining it, thereby putting me in a perpetual state of moodiness.
I dislike Donna because she spends more time nagging Eric (about ******** things mind you) than praising him and just being grateful how much he kisses her ass and treats her like a queen. She also used to preach about women's rights and how she wanted to have a successful, independent future...which was admirable...but lately she seems to prefer being tied down to her whipped boy in a trailor park. It makes no sense.
Céline 05-19-2004, 10:18 AM All the characters seem to take an unexpected
change in their lives.Donna was more independant,
understanding now,she's just acting like a nag,Jackie
with Steven(that makes no sense),Kelso is a cop
(unbeleavable), Eric and Donna don't seem to know
what they really want in their relationship and Kitty(one
of my favorite characters) always had a drinking problem
but, they bring that back too often now.

yeah i can see what ur saying now. she does seem to be nagging alot. but i like her better than jackie lol. even jackie isnt the same:rolleyes:
yeah she wanted to be independent but she's realized that she actually does love eric and wants to be with him. love can do a lot of things. but i dont like the fact that she is settling with the trailor thing. i think thats just dumb and poor writing cuz they were gonna get an apartment, and an apartment cant be much more than that trailor:rolleyes:
