I hate getting spanked. The last time I got spanked was when I was 12

I think it is wrong and mean to spank children. I mean maybe lightly smack their hand, but don't spank them, that's like abusing.

The reason I got spanked when I was 12 is because I was fighting with my sisters. They sometimes get spanked too.

Everyone should have their last spanking when they're no older than 9 years old. If they do something REALLLLLLLLLY bad, then the parents should ground them, or something like that, but not spank them.

Let's see... I went to preschool when I was 3, then started Kindergarten at 5. I turned 13 in Late July 2001, and 8th Grade started in Mid-August. I know because 9/11 happened that year. I didn't skip any grades.

I didn't skip a grade. I was always one of the younger people in my class though. But, the cutoff date wasn't til November(for having your birthday).

My dad says I only got spanked one time when I was about 3. :)

I'm going on thirteen and I'm in seventh grade. It was because when my mother signed me up for preschool, I was in the middle of age groups so I went with the older ones.

When I started 8th grade I was 13...everyone was 13...unless they were like my boyfriend and started school late, he was 14 in 8th grade. Very few people were youngr though some were 12. 13 is old to be starting 7th grade...

That's what I thought. I only remember 1 or 2 people from 8th grade that were 14 at the start of the year. Most of the rest turned in the second half of the year(the last few, including me, turned 14 during the next summer).
