There are a rumor about a possible Knick/Maverick trade. The principal players would be
Antawan Jamison to the Knicks
Kurt Thomas and Tim Thomas to the Mavericks
If I am the Knicks, I do this trade in heartbeat. What do you guys think of this trade?

I want to keep Antawn; he's a demon in the paint.

TVJE i swear u make no damn sense. The Knicks might trade Kurt Thomas & Thomas to the Mavericks? Hahahahahahahahahahaha. Are u a ******?
I forgot to put the word "Tim." Sorry my bad. The Knicks have Thomas and Thomas. The Pistons have Wallace and Wallace. We need to Antonio and Dale Davis on the same team again. And we can start a law firm.

Hell...no !!! You give up the starting PF and your starting SF for the sixth man of the year...??? Where is the logic. IF they agree to take Tim and Shandon. Can we really start Vin or Sweetney.......HELL NO.! Until something wrong happens in Detroit and Rasheed gets pissed and wants out we need Kurt (without the broken pinkey)
You have given me a better idea. On other boards, Pistons fans are bitching about how they need scorers and want Jamison. If this trade rumor is true and Cuban is already willing to trade Jamison for Kurt and Tim Thomas. How about this three team trade?
Knicks get Rasheed Wallace
Pistons get Antawn Jamison
Mavericks get Kurt Thomas and Tim Thomas

so then we are still left with a question....who will start at the SF spot ?? ? Penny..or Shandon.. I wonder will anyone take Moochie and Shandon and Harrington instead of Tim.?
We worry about that later. If you have a chance to get Rasheed Wallace, you do it, and worry about a starting SF later. You have to give up something to get something.
To answer your question. Penny Hardaway is still a good player. He could start a SF. If you had Wallace, with Marbury and a healthy Houston, the SF does not have to do much, exept defend and rebound.

I agree with you on that. I am down on Houston. He should give him money back to the Knicks. Because he has not earned his $100 million dollar contract.

What really hurts is that if we leave him unprotected for the expansion draft Charlotte has already stated that they wont get a franchise player. They want all role players. I guess the number 4 pick will be the go to guy. Did you like the way Demarr played when Lenny decided to give him some burn.?
