LARRY. He didn't appear until toward the end of season 2 which is why I will be more excited about season 3 because Larry is seen much more. So overall the season 2 DVD was OK.

There wasn't a bad episode on the season 2 DVD. However, none of the episodes would be on my all time favorites list. I didn't like the episode when Chrissy goes out with the olderman. It just shows how ******** she really was. Chain Gang Member 05-14-2004, 04:41 PM I didn't like the episode when Chrissy goes out with the olderman. It just shows how ******** she really was. Me neither. The trio had bad dates in that season Chrissy:In Chrissy's Date, she dated a man who was married and had a child on the way. Then in Cyrano de Tripper, her date was into the food more than her Janet:In Janet's High School Sweet Heart, her date just wanted to fool around Jack:In Coffee,Tea or Jack,He fell for a girl who was two timing him again brasspounder 05-14-2004, 09:37 PM Originally posted by jpnoyes There wasn't a bad episode on the season 2 DVD. The way that blind guy was damaging the trio's apt with his cane-LOL!!!!!!!!! Sean Snow 05-15-2004, 11:16 AM I love season 2...it's one of my all-time favorite seasons, along with seasons 3 and 4. I like all of the episodes (some less than others), especially "Chrissy's Date," "Alone Together," "Chrissy's Night Out," "Three's Christmas," "The Gift," "Home Movies," "Will the Real Jack Tripper...," and "Days of Beer and Weed." It was a real treat seeing them all uncut on the DVD. Mr. Television 05-15-2004, 11:18 AM Originally posted by brasspounder Except for "Jack's Navy Pal"...I never did like that one!! I sort of wondered about that. Larry appeared in the first season episode "No Children, No Dogs" and had a very small role there. I guess at that point the writers weren't planning on making him a regular on the show. Still I wonder why the writers seemed to forget about him until near the end of season 2. That is very strange. swedeace 05-15-2004, 09:29 PM He didn't appear until toward the end of season 2 One episode I can think of where Larry appeared that wasn't at the end was "Will the Real Jack Tripper." Well he started being seen more and more in 1978. vashti1999 05-15-2004, 10:30 PM Originally posted by TVShow Analyzer LARRY. I'm not the world's biggest Larry fan so I don't mind not seeing him that much. He hasn't been missed as I'm watching the episodes. Burley_Furley 05-16-2004, 05:02 PM Jack needed a close guy friend during the show, a buddy, a pal. I think it was brilliant to bring Larry into the show. Plus he's funny. I missed him in most of the 2nd season. Janet Tripper 05-16-2004, 07:15 PM Originally posted by brasspounder Except for "Jack's Navy Pal"...I never did like that one!! I agree! I don't like that one at all! I think the only thing funny I find in that epi is the Ropers!!!! My least fav. epi out of the whole show was "Chrissy's Night Out" and then this one comes next! Other then those two I love them all:D!!!!!!!Mostly Jack lookes for a Job...b/c of the cute JJ part!!!!! Anyhow I think Larry was funny not like all the time sometimes he was in the way but I guess that is what we like about him:D !!!! Janet McFarland 05-16-2004, 07:33 PM I always loved Larry! I liked him in the later seasons though. I loved this quote from And Baby Makes Four. Kelly: ( to Cindy ) There's just some guys you don't want to spend the rest of your life with. Larry: ( comes up behind her)Kelly , baby! Kelly: A perfect example. Larry:I just have three words for you .. Kelly: (interrupts) Give up Larry! Cindy: She's pregnant. Larry: I was at the movies! Classic Larry! PZelda 05-17-2004, 09:51 PM Originally posted by brasspounder Except for "Jack's Navy Pal"...I never did like that one!! I hated it too.
