A couple of days ago I emailed tvland at postmaster@tvland.com with an idea about getting some of our favorite shows back on the air instead of the current "modern classics." They could create 2 new channels. One channel could be called Tvland 50's and show programs from the 50's, and the other could be called Tvland 60's with programs from the 60's. They could then turn what is currently known simply as Tvland into Tvland 70's(a home for our beloved Mork&Mindy). That would then leave Nick@Nite to keep showing their "modern classics" from the 80's. Then around the year 2010 they could create Tvland 80's and move the shows from Nick@Nite to there. That would leave Nick@Nite free to bring in shows from the 90's. They could create a new channel every 10 years to run programs from another decade. With satellite tv and the ever growing world of digital cable, there should be plenty of room for a couple new channels. The reason I am posting this is because I have not heard back from tvland yet and I urge you to email tvland at postmaster@tvland.com with this idea or one similar. Hopefully if enough of us contact them they will listen. Also, feel free to post this on other message boards as well, we need all of the help we can get.

Then I guess Mork and Mindy will never come to the Hallmark Channel in a million years.:crying:
