This has been bothering me for the longest time. Basketball player Rasheed Wallace has what appears to be either a curious bald spot or a fairly large white patch on the left portion of his head. I've been looking all across the web to see if anybody else noticed this (and how somebody can get a patch like that).

The most reasonable answers concerning the origins of Rasheed Wallace's white patch include:
-Wallace was stabbed in the head during a gang fight while in high school. Wallace had to get emgergency surgery on his scalp which in return, lead to his hair mysteriously growing back white.

-Wallace's patch might be some sort of religious tattoo or birth-mark

-Wallace suffers from a rare condition called piebaldism

John Henson, who was on "Talk Soup" has a similar sort of thing going on w/ his hair. The only difference is that Henson's white patch (or "skunk spot") is on the left-side of his hair rather than on top like Rasheed Wallace. It used to annoy me when I had to watch Henson on TV because I kept wanting to get a pair of tweezers and pluck out the white hairs one-by-one.

If you found out it is his birth mark...DOES IT MATTER.???? Basketball is what he is selling..not hair care products.
