I definatly think so! He's the whole reason I started watching SBS in the first place. Actually... I remembered watching the show as a little kid, then remembering he was on it I started watching it again. And taping all episodes with him in it... Rich is my favorite character!

Sargant Stewie, Jason Marsden played Rich Halke from 1996-98 (& other SBS characters throughout the show's run). Brandon Call played JT.
