What's device used to capture tv caps.??

Please tell me a good solution to this question

For those of you who most likely won't understand this(Resa,Mo,Rebecca,Michi)here's an example:

Before print screen used to work for me, so try doing that...btw, quick time can make quick caps if you're using it;)

All I know is that Raven was on a differnet world on like 1 episode as the same character she was on the cosby show.
