I look everywhere for it, but cannot find it. And the places that do have it or on DVD, not VHS. I have a VCR only. What is the possibility that I will find it at a thrift store? I found "Justify My Love" at a thrift store, but it was only one song(guess what it was;) ? And it was not "Design of A Decade". Are there any discount movie stores where I can find it?

There are a bunch of used copies being sold on amazon.com for under $10 and some new for under $15.

check ebay, you can find used VHS tapes for dirt-cheap. My friend bought the entire first season (well, as 2-episode tapes) of South Park for $1.25 on there on VHS as a set of tapes.

I don't have a credit card.... and my parents don't like using their credit cards over the internet....

amazon has it to where you can pay by money order or check (i think; that was on of the options shown)
