View Full Version : TBS is now airing...
PZelda 05-09-2004, 10:54 PM ...episodes from the 5th season (1988-89) now.
TBS starts airing episodes from the final season next Tuesday (the 18th), so that means by the end of May, they'll be rolling over to the NBC years.
Just a heads up for anybody STILL taping MF :)
Oh, and I just thought of a very weird thing! As I was looking up the info for this thread, I realized that the "Mama's Layaway Plan" episode will be airing tomorrow morning, AND they're selling the black dress Dorothy Lyman wore in that episode on eBay right now! Just found it interesting how it happened.

Great, I have all but a few episodes now. I started recording at the end of the 5th season last time and haven't stopped yet... So after I complete the 5th season, I will have all the episodes.
Of course, there is no real urgency since Mama's Family will be on at least through the Fall changes.

Yep, and I haven't had that problem with my tapes yet. :D Some of them are one year old now already
Dogma66603 05-13-2004, 05:02 PM I am currently in the middle of putting episodes on DVD.
DVD recorders work well with DVR TV recorders. Right now, I have all of season 2, all of season 3 and half of season 4 recorded. All the episodes are commercial free with the entire fade-out and the entire fade-in. The only episode I can think of that isn't like that is "Steal One, Pearl Two" where I got a little excited and paused a little early in some parts.
FamilyTiesGOP 05-16-2004, 06:05 PM I'm only one episode away from having every Mama episode on tape. The lucky last episode is "Dependence Day" which I will be recording tomorrow morning.party:
