I was wondering who was the guy who sings the Them Songs to Petticoat Junction.

I was wondering that very same thing. I think it sounds just like Steve Elliott who played Betty Jo's husband. Let me know if I am right. :confused:

That was Curt Massey, who cowrote the song with Paul Henning. Mr. Massey also scored the music for the entire run of PJ as well as for Beverly Hillbillies from Season Three on (replacing Perry Botkin, who did it the first two years).

Some of you who saw the first season may recall several episodes featuring the Hooterville Hop, which was created by Paul DeRolf. Mr. Massey also sang the words to this.

I really thought it was Mike Minor but I could be wrong, but It wasn't Bing because the voice isn't deep enough for one thing.
