who was the actor(little boy) who was called duckface?, and how come he was only like in one episode?

well i found out his real name is Whitby Hertford and he was on a total of 4 episodes on Full House..i think they shoulda kept him on the series, he coulda been the stewart minkus(from boy meets world) of Full house.

They showed the first episode with Water in it on Nick@Nite last night.

Minkus was Lee Norris. Walter was like in 2 episodes, where steph broke her nose and when steph has walter as a secret bf.

i dunno why but i think he coulda been a cast member they coulda used alot of episodes around, he jus had the look of a character everyone would love to watch and to either laugh at or with lol, but with every sitcoms people comeand go
