1970's
1. Here's Lucy
8/10 - Good. Another rarely-seen classic.

2. The Brady Bunch
8.5/10 - Very Good. One of the best television families, I think.

3. Mary Tyler Moore
9/10 - Very Good. "Mary Tyler Moore" is, perhaps, the show that defined the women's movement. Nonetheless, it's an all-time classic.

4. Sanford and Son
8.5/10 - Very Good. In my eyes, this is the very first African-American sitcom.

5. Happy Days
10/10 - Excellent. The coolest show ever! ;)

6. The Jeffersons
9/10 - Very Good. The Best Norman Lear Show.

7. Laverne & Shirley
10/10 - Excellent. The Best Garry Marshall Show.

8. Three's Company
9.5/10 - Excellent. I would have given this show the extra .05 credit if only there weren't so many cast changes throughout the show as well as the dreaded departure of the great Suzanne Somers.

9. Mork and Mindy
7.5/10 - Average. Another rare classic.

Set In 1970's
1. The Wonder Years
10/10 - Excellent. Very well-written. Almost anyone, I think, can relate to this show.

1980's
1. The Brady Brides
10/10 - Excellent. A little bit better than it's parent show, if you ask me.

2. Mama's Family
9/10 - Very Good. The later seasons of this sitcom were the best.

3. The Golden Girls
9/10 - Very Good. Could have gone w/out the post- "Maude" Bea Arthur.

4. Perfect Strangers
8.5/10 - Very Good. This show brings back a lot of childhood memories. :)

5. Growing Pains
9/10 - Very Good. Kirk Cameron was the heart of this show, if you ask me. On top of that, he was one hot guy! :D  :eyes:

1- Here's Lucy- ok for what it was. I'd watch it if it were on some channel now. Not as overrun as I Love Lucy.

2- Brady Bunch- One show I watched religiously as a kid, but find a bit boring as an adult. It's not awful but it is awfully corny.

3-Mary Tyler Moore- Not a fan of this one. I keep thinking this is overrated and not the all time best show so many claim it to be.

4-Sanford &Son- Great show, very well put together view of poverty.

5-Happy Days- Not my favorite, but I don't hate it either. I like years 1&2 better than the squealing studio audience seasons.

6-Jeffersons- Very entertaining, though it ran too long, but it was like being at the theater.

7-Laverne and Shirley-Not a show I get too excited about. Less interesting than Happy Days in the squealing studio seasons

8-Three's Company- Loved it as a youngster, now it seems very juvenile

9-Mork and Mindy- Don't like this

10-Wonder Years- Never found it interesting. Not a bad program, but could never get into it.

11-Brady Brides- Liked it when it first came on, so few episodes I'll probably never see it again to vote objectively on it now.

12-Mama's Family- Not a favorite. Carol Burnett Show skits were more entertaining to me.

13-Golden Girls- OK, but I wouldn't go out of my way to watch it.

14-Perfect Strangers- Never watched it . Didn't feel any yen to do so and still don't

15-Growing Pains- Not interesting to me.
