I thought it would be nice to have this thread if people wanted to comment on how things are going on Survivor Island.

good idea, i think it is going great, and i cant wait till all characters are filled, then it will be the best

Yeah - you do a good Sam. Woody went crazy for a moment lol , but very convincing otherwise. That was so much fun! i can't wait to start up again this afternoon/evening.

Oh, and Frasier, I think you should really watch your intake of alcohol - you need to stay sober if you want to have a decent reunion with Lilith. Let the Frith return!

he's definately the most "explored" character in TV history.

but he's not my favorite, on either show -- I prefer Norm and Niles

the "early" Frasier is a lot like Niles and if Niles were on Cheers -- it wouldve completely changed who he was.

What I mean like if he would have come on at the end, it could have proved to Fraisier what he once was

It's ok - you can be rehabilitated on the island and we'll introduce you back into the survivor community. I keep forgetting to be mad at Sam sometimes - and to be upset over Frasier's death - and to be disturbed by the fact that there was a murderer on this island. There were so many things going on - so I decided to make Diane's facial tic return. That way, you all know that at least her subconscious is aware of what's going on. Yup, one of my talents is making up an excuse for everything :D .

I think doing 2 characters is better than one.... because you can have an arguement with yourself!

you know, one of the difficult things about being Diane is that she's hardly the type who makes wise-cracks - except with sam and that's mostly when they're fighting. the humor surrounding her depends on her setting herself up to be made fun of by other people. i must say that's kind of annoying lol.

Diane was completely hilarious, although lots of it did depend on other characters.

Whereas Norm, Woody, Cliff, Coach, Frasier, Lilith and Carla could be on stage alone -- and it would be hysterical.

It doesnt quite work the same way with Diane, Sam, or Rebecca.

Hey, what about Kelly, lol!;) She's funny....well, not too bright. HAHA and now she has to tend to Loretta..hee hee!

no i think you misinterpreted what i said. i think diane was hilarious too (it's one of the reasons she's my favourite character)- but what i find annoying is that in role-playing the humor usually depends on somebody else. so the potential for humor is reduced. basically, it's harder to have control over the comedy. that's all i meant.

oh, and thanks for not killing off the cranes...yet...hopefully you won't in the future either.

Its not only the best Lilith ep ever.... its probably the best ever.
But the weirdest part is.... Ive only seen about 100 episodes of Frasier total.
And Ive stopped watching it in syndication -- making the DVDs that much better.

lol - we were bored. actually it was tim's idea. it just wasnt going anywhere - everybody was too busy to participate, etc. we had our reasons. yes, we could have done it with out the gratuitous violence...but that wouldn't have been nearly as fun. although...a part of me did die when i had to kill diane *sigh*. i'll revive her for the next roleplaying game.
