What is your favorite kind of soda? Mine is Sprite and Dr. Pepper.

Dr. Pepper rules, but I'm trying to quit...

I like Mountain Dew the most, but I also like Dr. Pepper. Vanilla Coke is ok too.

Oh, that reminds me! I also really like Cherry Coke. It is wierd because I don't really like regular Coke, but I like the special flavors of it a lot--especially Cherry and Vanilla.

I love caffeine free Pepsi, but it's fattening, so I drink Crystal Light.

I mostly drink Pepsi.

Diet Lime Coke actually is very delicious. Hard to find though. Diet Lemon Pepsi (Pepsi Twist) tastes like dish washing liquid. So does the Lemon Diet Coke. But the lime is good, and since I am WAY over 21, I can put some rum in it for a quick Cuba Libre! :cool: which is traditionally coke, rum and slices of fresh lime. Don't knock it until you try it out! :wave:

i'm not supposed to drink soda anymore. My doctor says between my smoking and soda drinking i'm going to die young.:lol:

True;) But since I loathe coffee...I drink coke cola to keep me awake during the day, but I do not drink coke cola all the time, I have it once in a while, because I know it is not good for you...

Mountain Dew

You should try tea. Green Tea. It's very healthy. It has caffeine, but at least you're doing something good for your body. You can wean yourself off the coke by mixing half caffeine free and half regular for a while. The withdrawal is hard...I know because I used to drink about 8 cups of joe a day. Then I developed fibrocystic breast disease. :( Caffeine is bad news.

I love Dr Pepper.

I quit drinking soda a few weeks ago when I started my diet. I crave a Coke every waking moment!:D

Pepsi One still exists. Trust me, I've still got five unopened NEW cans of the stuff in my fridge. Coke II/New Coke was before my time, and Surge was the awfulest stuff I've ever drank (And I've drank..well, let's just say I've drank some REALLY unpleasant things). I don't know why, I just never liked Surge. Maybe because I missed Mello Yello (Best. Citrus. Drink. Ever.), I dunno.

That brings me to my favorite discarded drink you didn't mention. Pepsi Blue. Am I the ONLY one who loved the stuff? During it's 1 year run, I usually had at least TWO cases onhand of it at anytime. I couldn't get enough. I'm actually reasonably sure it was THIS stuff that accelerated the deterioration of my stomach, and caused my weight to balloon, I drank THAT much of it. I've still got 1 20oz bottle and 2 12oz cans of it, and I don't plan to part with them. I don't plan to drink them either. I just wanted something.

I forgot - what was Pepsi Blue supposed to taste like?

Remember Tab? Before I picked up the Pepsi One case, I had picked up a Tab case. Granted, last time I was there, they didn't have any (I've GOT to stopped letting myself be dragged to that steaming pile of a store, but...), , but, I've seen it. Many Blue Boxes of Doom (Wal-Mart) should have it still.

It was okay. I didn't think it was as good as Mountain Dew, but I drank a lot of it in high school anyway, since we had Coke machines in our school district.

I remember when I lived in California, they had something called TROPICAL CHILL PEPSI now that was delicious. But that was about 10 years ago they had that, and none of my family here in Ohio had even heard of it, so I think maybe they just tested in CA cities to see how people would like it or something :)

Another Old Fart who used to drink TAB. :wave: Actually...I liked it a lot. It's just a diet cola but I believe it's still made with saccharin, which was once being shunned due to cancer rumours. Nowadays, there are people crusading against the use of aspartame and Splenda type sweeteners....saying these products cause everything from skin rashes to cancer to bloating and weight *gain.* You just never know.... But I do know that Splenda IS made from sugar, but they monkey with the molecular properties of it....using chlorine. Doesn't sound all that tasty but I bet my colon is as white as my shirt! :D
