Well, it would make sense why John wasn't there... All the media would concentrate on the breakup and start questioning him and everything. I think he would want some private time now. I've seen Lori in pretty much all Full House cast photos, so she probably had a good reason for not attending.

Actually, Lori did attend. There's pics of her on Wireimage. John probably didn't because of his recent personal business or he had other commitments. There's also a slight (rare) chance he did go, but went in a back way to avoid the press. It's more likely though that he didn't attend.
