Willona stated twice that she was promoted to Head Buyer at the Boutique in two different episodes. Once in season 5 in the episode "Willona's New Job" and in the last episode-"End of The Rainbow". When she mentioned being promoted in the episode-End of The Rainbow, she was able to take Penny and move to a new neighborhood. How come she couldn;t move when she was promoted the first time? Also she was promoted twice and the job title was the same which was Head Buyer-LOL
