I have an idea. We have so many talented writers here in the fanfic section and so many fanatics that we can form a mob - an organized, rational mob, though - if there is such a thing. We can go to Paramount studios and demand that they start shooting Cheers again. We can write the scripts ourselves, kidnap the actors and oh oh, so many possibilies. Won't it be delightful? Am I brilliant, or what?

But what doesnt make sense is WHY Lilith would come back to Cheers.

If there were a finale, I think it should be about Frasier coming back to Cheers -- but is overshadowed (once again) by the return of Diane.

Has anybody ever started a letter writing campaign to paramount studios? or nbc for that matter? i've seen plenty of online petitions, but has anybody ever tried to contact them directly?

I was a part of a campaign for ABC...it was in the press and everything..you guys will have fun, if you're truely commited! (but be careful you don't get commited...j/k!!!)

lol, i don't know if i would actually go that far. it's easy to get into my fan persona on this forum - i end up sounding like a psychotic diane clone sometimes l(that's a double dose of psycho) lol - especially with the role playing on the survivor thread. it would be cool though if we could bring back cheers - i'm all for activism and even though i know there are wars being fought and children starving and that we should focus our resources on solving those problems....cheers is still a priority for me...it would help the psychological well-being of fans. therefore, i feel it is our duty as sentient human beings to bring back cheers...for the good of the people :D
