If I ever did cheat on a test, I would be so nervous and guilty that it wouldn't be worth it.

In the end, its better to have tried your hardest and failed, than to succeed through shady means.

Besides, I make pretty good grades anyway. :)

Yeah, a couple of times. Once in elementary school and I think once in HS. I felt guilty, like I didn't earn my grade. I don't do that any more.

One time i screwed myself over though...As i cheated off the 2 Smartest Kids in Class and Got the Highest Score on a Geography Test. I Had to be entered in a Geography bee because of that and made a fool out of myself. :lol:

So it doesnt ALWAYS Pay Off.

I "glanced" over at other people in spelling tests in elementary school once or twice and I copy people's homework all the time, and people copy mine. It's not like I don't understand it, I have straight A's in honors classes, I just don't feel like doing it and vice versa with the people who copy off of me.

I pulled off the cheating of the century in drivers ed. I was able to sneak almost all the tests from a cart next to the teacher's desk. Then, I just managed to see the answers to the Final test lying on the teacher's desk while I was taking a previous test nearby. That Final just happened to come from the student who did the best out of everyone in the semester-- 97/100. Believe me, this was hard to do--the teacher watched us like a hawk. But she never did notice me!

I don't think I would have passed if I hadn't done those things. At first I was getting 70s on the tests, and you couldn't pass the class with less than an 80.

I'll never forget that time in first grade...where I cheated on a spelling test by looking on my flashcards in my desk. Another kid must've been equally clever because he was doing the same thing, only he got caught and I didn't. Silly kid, has to be SMART like me. :)

Oh yeah, I have cheated on tests and homework plenty of times. It's not a big deal. Cheating and lying is how you get through life. None of this, "Honesty is the best policy" bull****. Lie, cheat, and steal - that's how one succeeds in life!

Mm.. yeah. In Child Development class, we always had open book tests, so instead of using the books.. me and my friends did it together. Wouldnt really call it cheating though.

In Spanish 4, we would have to write lil stories and stuff for homework, so Id go to AltaVista and convert the whole thing to Spanish -.-, yet there wasstill mistakes! Blasted website! :cuss:

During Spanish 3 finals, this week was trying to look over my shoulder and I covered it up and he took out his wallet. :rolleyes: Then 2 rows in front of me I saw 2 girls with stuff on their arms and such, so after school I told on them. The next day the teacher asked them what they were doing and they were all 'I didnt know we couldnt do that' :rolleyes:. Riiight.

Wait, I just remembered. Freshman year English, we had a vocab. quiz and I suck at those. So anyways, we had a fire alarm.. and on the way back.. I took a sneak peak at some. But I made sure to get some wrong so it wouldnt be ovbious.:lol:

i casually glance over at peoples papers if i know im gonna fail, otherwise i'll just do it on my own. i love it when we have to pass our papers down the rows when we turn them in because i sit near the front in all of my classes and i can look at peoples papers and make last-minute changes. i also do that when i'd been too lazy to do the work. :)

They let you keep the test and she gave me hers to study from. It was the exact same test so I got a perfect. ...Is that cheating? I didn't really know if it was going to be the same. Oh and in chemistry last semester I checked to see if balanced one equation right because otherwise I would have missed every other problem. Good thing I checked because I was wrong.

yeah, sometimes when i take math tests i write formulas for solving equations on little pieces of paper and look at them during the test eveb though we can't use notes. it's not really cheating, just helping me get the answer. :grr:

balancing equations!! diiiie! i HATE balancing equations, I'm in Algebra Based Physics which is the best science class a freshman can take, it's like the Physics classes it's the same lesson plan, and anyways, so we're not clueless when we take chemistry next year we hadta learn some chemistry and we had to learn everything the Introductory to Chem/Physics class had to learn in a term in 2 weeks...diiiiiiiiiiiiiiie balancing equations!! Yea, I got a B on that test.

Amen! Seeing people get in trouble is the most fun thing to do in school. My Spanish teachers and idiot and instead of handing out detentions she'll fight back with the person and sometimes go into a whole big speech afterwards and so now, every day in class, I'll ask one of the obnoxious people to get in a fight with her. Sometimes they actually do...

That's another class I never have to cheat in. I come in one morning to make up stuff, I did the whole chapter test and a quiz in 20 minutes. I was done all of it and she's like, "You're done the first page already?" and I stare at her and I'm like, "I'm done the test" *shrugs*

I'll admit, I have cheated. But I don't find that to be wrong since I'm forced to cheat.

:lol: I knew there'd be a joke about this! Surprisingly, the only driving trouble I've ever been in was hitting a parked car the second day I got my car--sometimes the position of those pedals are so hard to figure out. :o

Oh, and 20 minutes before my dmv driving test, a police car pulled me over. But a sign was covered by a bush, so I was in clear. :D

I don't cheat on big test. Sometimes i just copy my friends home work. If i cheated on a big test or exam i would fell really guily.

its crazy, in my high school its such a scam, I go to one of most highly regarded public schools in my state, you know the suburb type school, and anyways there so many people who do, we dont call it cheating, we call it sharing information...school is too stressful, so people use sparknotes, type information in the scientific calculators and save them, its almost sad how people do whatever it takes to get good grades, and its all because of the pressure put on people in my town to get good grades, go to a good college, and during junior year, the pressure gets to you, so I know cheating is wrong but with a demanding curiculum, I can understand it

Yeah you could have. You could have studied. You could have relaized that driving a car is probably THE most important and RESPONSIBLE thing you will do in your life. You could realize that you may have failed the test the first time, but passed a second time with more knowledge, and with more humility. Hopefully when you drive a car, something elusive will come up. A detail you only barely remembered on the test. It will be something vital to your safety, or to the health and well-being of the vehicle you drive. You will learn a valuable lesson. That lesson being that you don't mess with thousands of pounds of steel that surround you on the road. I hope your "cheating" isn't fatal to you or to others. And like someone else said....let us know when you're on the roads.

This may come as a shock to you, but I have been driving for nearly 5 years and the only accident I had was the backing into a parked car like I stated before (and I actually got lucky--no damage to the other car, just a bit on mine). I've never been pulled over since I got my license, and I actually do know the rules now. Afterall, I had to pass the written test to get a license, and I didn't get lucky passing. Thank you and goodbye. :wave:

(Maybe, I should have just talked about how I've used sparknotes before. ;) )

At religious class, if we cheat on the test, we get a 0. See what happens?

It's CCD, a class on Tuesday, hour and a half long, and we take a mid term and final exam.

i would NEVER go to a religion class where there's midterms and final exams.

Nobody who goes likes it. I hate it. It's a waste of a good hour and a half.

When I was in 6th-8th grade, I took CCD classes...We never had midterms or final exams. Only quizzes, and they were easy. :happyface
