I watched Becker a few times in the morning and realized that some scenes have been triimmed. Why does UPN and possibly all affilliates have to do this? They have enough time.
For example, you know the one with Kelsey Grammer? The part when Linda explains that a homeless guy returned John's sweater is cut out. It makes you assume that Linda had the thing in the office the whole time.
When John is visiting the old man in the hospital (Hal Holbrook), and you know, he lives past expectancy, the part when he tells John that he had to listen to all his complaints for year is trimmed down. I remember back in its CBS airing over a year ago he said he had to hear John bitch about the Presidents and everything.
And on imdb.com, someone said that John said in the pilot that he hired Linda because he owed her father a favor. This may be in the syndicated pilot, but I don't recall offhand. It might have been trimmed, not sure.
Any other trimmings you know of?
