But don't they normally rate like 24, not 14?

That was also the first episode after the "time change" or Daylight Savings Time. So, I'm sure many people got confused over that, as well.

Daylight Savings Time was weeks ago.

what would that have anything to do with it? I think the more logical explaination is that it had been months since a new episode aired and many people didn't realize they were starting back up with fresh episodes.
